PENNY WARS
At the core of it- penny wars is a fundraiser to help support PTO programs. But at the heart of it, penny wars is a way for the students to have fun, for the school to strengthen house identity, and for everyone to build school community.
In the end, everyone wins because the whole school benefits.
WHY DO WE LOVE PENNY WARS?
Our student’s LOVE putting bills and pennies in their house collection container or “pipe” and they are hilarious about SABOTAGING the other houses with silver coins.
Parents, guardians, and teachers help them get strategic by picking which day or days they are hoping to win and planning which house to sabotage.
