Organize staff favorites lists,
coordinate a catered lunch (bonus if you can get part or all of the catered lunch donated),
communicate with students and their grown-ups the various ways to participate (including dessert donations), and
reach out to companies and our community for donations to be used as prizes in the week long game that our Principal uses as team building during the week.
